Welcome to InvestViable.com (the "Platform"), operated by Invest Viable Global AB (a company registered in Sweden, address: Filipstadsbacken 50, 123 43 Farsta, Stockholm, Sweden). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform. By registering an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform is intended for personal, informational use by individuals and is not directed to minors or anyone under 18.
• Account registration: Certain features of InvestViable require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your username or password with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@investviable.com.
• One account: You may only create one account for your personal use (unless explicitly permitted otherwise by us). We reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, or reclaim usernames that are inappropriate or violate these Terms.

InvestViable provides users with professional stock market analysis and valuation tools designed for educational and informational purposes. Our Platform offers features such as an automated stock valuator, an investment score (based on due diligence checks), stock screeners, data visualizations, and educational content to help users analyze publicly traded companies. Please note: We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and the Platform does not offer trading capabilities or personalized investment advice. All information and tools on the Platform are meant to assist you in your own research; they are indicative insights for learning and evaluation, not definitive advice on investment decisions.

Currently, InvestViable is offered as a free service during its initial launch (MVP - Minimum Viable Product). We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans or premium features in the future as the Platform develops. When we roll out subscription plans or paid features:

• We will inform users of the upcoming changes (for example, via email or a notice on the Platform) and provide details of any new Terms or fees.
• Users who have been using the free MVP version may be required to upgrade to a paid plan to continue accessing certain tools or functionalities once the full product is launched.
• Any new fees will be clearly communicated, and you will have the choice to continue with a paid plan or cancel your use of those features. If you choose not to subscribe to paid services, you may lose access to features that become paid-only.

All fees and payment terms (if introduced) will be governed by updated Terms or a separate subscription agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new charges as needed, but no retroactive charges will be applied for services used while they were free. No refunds will be provided for fees already paid except as required by law or explicitly stated in the future subscription terms.

We expect all users to use InvestViable responsibly and ethically. By using the Platform, you agree to the following:

• Lawful purposes: You will use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Do not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• No harmful behavior: You will not engage in any behavior that could harm the Platform, its users, or third parties. This includes no posting of content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• No misuse or interference: You will not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform. Prohibited actions include: attempting to circumvent security measures, probing or testing the vulnerability of our systems, performing denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfering with the normal functionality of the service. Additionally, you must not use any automated means (such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform without our prior permission.
• Personal, non-commercial use: The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to exploit the Platform for commercial purposes (for example, by reselling our analyses or data) without obtaining a written license or permission from us. You also shall not use the Platform to advertise or solicit any products or services to other users.
• No false or misleading use: You will not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone while using the Platform. Any information you provide (in your profile or posts) should be truthful to the best of your knowledge. You also agree not to manipulate or falsify data or results from the Platform in order to mislead others.
• Compliance with attribution rules: (See also the "Intellectual Property and Attribution" section below.) If you share or publish any content derived from the Platform (such as valuation results or investment scores), you must do so in accordance with our attribution requirements (i.e., clearly crediting InvestViable as the source). You must not remove any disclaimers or notices attached to such content.
• Geographic restrictions: If you are accessing the Platform from outside Sweden, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws. We make no representation that the services or content available on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. You agree not to access or use the Platform in any territory where the content is illegal or where we are subject to any registration or licensing requirement that we have not fulfilled.

We reserve the right to monitor user activity on the Platform and to investigate any suspected breach of this User Conduct section. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account (see Termination below) and possibly legal action if warranted.

InvestViable may allow users to create or post content, such as user-generated valuations, comments, forum posts, or other contributions ("User Content"). If you post any User Content on the Platform, you agree to the following terms:

• Responsibility for user content: You retain ownership of any original content you post, but you are solely responsible for the content you submit. This means any valuations, price targets, analysis, or commentary you provide represent your own views and analysis, not those of InvestViable. You agree not to post any content that you do not have the rights to post, or that violates the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations).
• No endorsement or verification: InvestViable does not review, verify, or endorse User Content before it is posted. We provide the technical infrastructure for users to share insights, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any User Content. Other users' content is not our opinion or advice. You acknowledge that if you rely on any content posted by another user, you do so at your own risk.
• Content guidelines: All User Content must comply with the standards set out in the User conduct section above. Do not post anything illegal, offensive, or that violates these Terms. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or moderate any User Content that, in our judgment, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
• License to InvestViable: By posting or submitting User Content on the Platform, you grant InvestViable a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This license is needed to display your content to other users, to include it in features of our site (for example, showcasing user analyses), or to make backups of our site. We will never claim ownership of your original commentary or analysis; this license simply allows us to lawfully host and share the content you chose to post.
• Attribution for platform outputs: If your User Content includes results or insights generated by our Platform tools (for example, using our valuation tool or due diligence checks), you agree to mention that such results came from InvestViable. In practice, this means if you post a Platform-generated chart, valuation figure, or score, you should include a reference to InvestViable as the source (and if possible, a link to our site). This ensures transparency and proper credit for the tools you used. You may not present Platform-generated results as if they were entirely your own work or from another source. Failing to attribute Platform outputs is a violation of these Terms and may result in content removal or other action on your account.
• No unauthorized use of others' content: Similarly, you must not copy or repost content from other users of the Platform without their permission. If you quote or reference another user's analysis, give proper credit to that user.
• Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform (for example, ideas to improve features), you agree that we can use such feedback without any restriction or compensation to you. Any feedback you submit is entirely voluntary and will not be considered confidential.

Our intellectual property

All content and materials provided on the Platform by InvestViable, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, tools, design, text, graphics, logos, videos, and other features or content (collectively, "Platform Content"), are the intellectual property of Invest Viable Global AB or its licensors. This includes the default valuation models, automated due diligence checks, investment scores, educational materials, and any other data or content originating from our system. The Platform Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. InvestViable and our logo are trademarks/service marks of Invest Viable Global AB. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by us.

• Limited license: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and Platform Content for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. This license allows you to use our tools, view data, and download or print insights for your own research and educational purposes. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
• Prohibited uses of our content: Except as expressly allowed, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, republish, upload, post, or transmit any part of the Platform Content. For example, you cannot scrape our data to create your own database, or republish our valuation data systematically on another website or service without permission. You also may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software or algorithms, except to the extent allowed by law.
• Attribution requirement: As noted above, if you choose to share or publish any results, data, or insights obtained from the Platform, you must give proper attribution to InvestViable. This means clearly acknowledging that the information or tool came from InvestViable.com. For instance, if you use our valuation tool to evaluate a stock and then share the valuation result on social media or in an article, you should mention InvestViable as the source of that valuation. If the Platform Content you share contains a watermark, logo, or disclaimer that identifies InvestViable, you must not remove or obscure it. This attribution requirement is intended to protect the Platform's intellectual property and ensure that anyone viewing the shared content understands its origin.
• Third-party content and data: Some data or content on the Platform may be provided by third-party sources (for example, financial data feeds, market information, or educational articles by partners). All such third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and may be subject to additional terms from those providers. InvestViable is not responsible for third-party content, and the inclusion of such content does not imply that we endorse or verify it. You must not separate and reuse third-party data from our Platform in a way that violates the third-party's rights or terms. We also reserve the right to change our data sources (for example, using a different financial data API) at any time.
• InvestViable branding: You may not use the InvestViable name, logos, or other trademarks without our prior written permission, except as necessary for attribution as described. Any permitted use of our trademarks must be in compliance with our guidelines (if we provide any) and must not suggest any false association with or endorsement by InvestViable.

Use at your own risk: The Platform and all content, data, tools, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. InvestViable makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Platform or any content on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Specific disclaimers and notices are outlined below:

• Informational purposes only – Not investment advice: All information, analyses, tools, and data on InvestViable are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes (or is intended to constitute) investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. InvestViable is not a registered investment advisor or broker and does not provide personalized advice. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information or tools from this Platform. Always consider consulting a licensed financial advisor who can take into account your personal circumstances.
• No advisory or brokerage relationship: Your use of the Platform (including reliance on any results or information) does not create any client, advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and InvestViable. We are not reviewing or advising on your portfolio or any specific investment. The Platform provides generic, automated analysis without consideration of your individual situation or the specifics of any company beyond quantitative data.
• User-generated valuations and content: Any valuations, price targets, comments, or other content generated by users on the Platform are solely the responsibility of the user who provided that content. InvestViable does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or quality of user-generated valuations or insights. We do not endorse any particular viewpoint or analysis posted by users. If you use or act on information obtained from another user, you do so at your own risk. Users who post such content are solely accountable for the assumptions, inputs, and conclusions they draw using the Platform's tools.
• Automated/base baluations (default data): The Platform may present default or system-generated valuation estimates (for example, pre-filled valuation models, price targets, or baseline metrics for a stock). These automated valuations are generated using algorithms and publicly available financial data, without any tailored analysis of the company's qualitative factors (such as management quality, competitive position, recent news, or specific business risks). Such default figures are not guarantees of value. They do not reflect a comprehensive valuation of a company and should not be interpreted as the "true" fair value or an endorsement to invest. They are merely starting points or examples for educational purposes. Always conduct your own due diligence beyond what the automated tools provide.
• Valuation indicators and scores: All valuation ratios, financial indicators, and "Investment Scores" provided on the Platform are calculated automatically from the data we have (e.g., financial statements, stock prices) and set formulae. These metrics do not incorporate qualitative assessments and may not fully reflect a company's situation. For instance, a low P/E ratio might indicate value or might reflect underlying issues not captured by numbers. The Investment Score and other due diligence checks are based on predetermined criteria and thresholds; they provide a quick snapshot but are not exhaustive. These features are meant to aid your research, but they are not recommendations. You should not rely on a single score or ratio to make any investment decision.
• Data accuracy and timeliness: We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date data (for example, stock prices, financial figures, ratios) and to ensure our calculations are correct. Data might be obtained from third-party sources (e.g., financial data APIs) and could contain errors, or there may be delays in updating information. There is also a possibility of software bugs or calculation mistakes that could affect the output. InvestViable disclaims any liability for errors or omissions in the content. You should independently verify critical information if you intend to rely on it.
• No guarantee of future results: Any statements about past performance, historical data, or simulated forecasts on the Platform are not indications or guarantees of future performance. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The stock market and individual securities can be volatile and unpredictable. Any valuation or price forecast generated by the Platform (whether by default settings or your inputs) is hypothetical and for illustrative purposes only. There is no assurance that any company will perform as suggested by the Platform's analysis or that any price target will be met. All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. You should use your own judgment and/or consult professionals before making investment decisions.
• No professional advice (legal, tax, etc.): Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional advice in areas outside of investing either. For example, we do not offer legal, tax, accounting, or any other professional services or advice. If you need such advice, you should consult qualified professionals.
• Availability of service: While we aim to keep the Platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or without interruption. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or the entire service at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Platform's availability.
• Third-party links and content: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or display content provided by third parties (for example, an article or an embedded video in the education section, or stock news headlines). These links and content are provided for your convenience or information only. InvestViable does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party websites or content. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of third-party information. If you access any third-party site or rely on third-party content, you do so at your own risk, and different terms and privacy policies may apply.

Summary of disclaimers: In plain language, use your judgment when using InvestViable. We provide tools and data to help you, but we cannot guarantee anything about the outcomes. Investing is inherently risky, and you must make your own decisions. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for your research and investment decisions and that any reliance on the Platform's content is done at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Invest Viable Global AB and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or financial losses, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content provided on the Platform; (c) any reliance you place on the Platform's tools, data, or content; (d) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (e) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted to or through our Platform.

This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that the information and services provided by the Platform are being provided free of charge (during the MVP phase) or at a cost that does not include any guarantee or insurance against risk; therefore, the limitations and exclusions of liability in these Terms are a fair allocation of risk between you and InvestViable.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. In particular, if you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides for certain statutory rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our intentional misconduct). However, in all cases, you agree that our total liability to you, for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or these Terms, shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total amount (if any) you have paid to us for services in the past six (6) months, or (ii) 100 US Dollars (USD $100).

Account Sharing and Usage Limits

Each account on InvestViable is intended for the use of a single individual only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You agree:

Not to share your login credentials (username, password, access tokens, or any other means of authentication) with any other person.

That your account is personal and non-transferable, and only the individual registered is authorized to use it.

Businesses and institutions wishing to provide access to multiple users must enter into a separate written agreement with Invest Viable Global AB that expressly permits such multi-user access.

Unauthorized sharing of accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice, and without refund of any fees paid. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to detect violations of this policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invest Viable Global AB, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) that arise out of or relate to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform or any content obtained from it;
• Your violation of any of these Terms or of any law or regulation;
• Your infringement or violation of any rights of a third party (for example, posting content that infringes someone's intellectual property or privacy rights); or
• Any fraud or misconduct by you.

We reserve the right to handle our legal defense as we see fit, including choosing our counsel, and you agree to cooperate with us in the defense of any claim. This indemnification obligation will survive any termination of your account or these Terms.

• Changes to terms: InvestViable may update or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top, and/or by sending an email notification or in-service alert. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms are posted, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any update, you must stop using the Platform.
• Changes to services: We are constantly improving and evolving our Platform. We may add, remove, or change features and services at our discretion. This includes introducing new tools, modifying how existing features work, or discontinuing certain features or the Platform entirely. We may not provide advance notice for minor or routine changes, but for significant changes (such as the introduction of paid services as described earlier), we will attempt to give you reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part of it. Your continued use of the Platform after changes to the services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Termination by you: You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you can contact us at support@investviable.com with your request. Termination of your account will be effective once processed, and you will lose access to any features that require an account.

Termination or suspension by us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or if you engage in a use of the Platform that we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful. We may also suspend the Platform or any user's access as needed to comply with legal requirements or to protect our rights or those of other users.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to access or use the Platform will immediately cease. Any User Content you have posted may be retained or deleted at our discretion (we may keep it if it has been incorporated into Platform discussions or if needed for legal reasons, or we may remove it). The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will remain in effect even after termination.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you are not entitled to any refund of fees (if any were paid), and you may be barred from re-registering or using the Platform in the future.

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, we recognize that you may access the Platform from many jurisdictions, and we strive to comply with all applicable laws regarding online services and consumer protection.

Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree that such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction mandates otherwise. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under certain consumer protection laws – nothing in these Terms is meant to limit any such rights you have under law.

Improperly filed claims: All claims you bring against InvestViable must be resolved in accordance with this Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section. Any claim filed or brought contrary to this section (for example, a claim brought in a different jurisdiction than stated above) may be dismissed, and the party filing such a claim may be responsible for the costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the other party in enforcing the agreed jurisdiction and venue.

• Entire agreement: These Terms (along with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines we provide) constitute the entire agreement between you and InvestViable regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, and proposals (whether oral or written) between you and us regarding the Platform.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our rights. Any waiver of any term of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Invest Viable Global AB. Even if we delay or fail to enforce any provision or respond to a breach by you or others, we do not waive our right to enforce the same provision later or any other provision of these Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. An unenforceable section will be interpreted so as to reflect the original intention of the parties (to the extent allowed by law).
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law, or otherwise at our discretion.
• No third-party beneficiaries: These Terms are for the benefit of you and InvestViable (and our successors and permitted assigns). Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no third party has any rights to enforce any term of these Terms.
• Relationship of parties: You and InvestViable are independent contracting parties. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship, and neither party has the authority to bind the other in any respect.
• Headings: Section titles or headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not define or limit the scope of any provision.
