AI Stocks — Analysis & Key Financial Data
AI Stocks focus on companies that operate in a specific niche or sub‑industry, where business models, risk drivers, and valuation frameworks tend to rhyme more closely with each other than with the broader market. Grouping stocks by theme makes it easier to understand how fundamentals and pricing compare inside the same opportunity set. On this page you can review ai stocks with Investment Scores, base valuations, and key financial metrics on Invest Viable. The tag is a transparent grouping tool — a way to organise research around a theme — rather than a recommendation list, so you can still apply your own judgement and valuation work.

About AI stocks
AI is one of the broadest themes in the screener because the technology cuts across the stack. Semiconductor designers build the accelerators; hyperscalers run the infrastructure; platform companies serve the models; software vendors embed AI as a core feature; and a growing number of healthcare, industrial, and content businesses use AI as a primary driver of their economics. All of them appear on this page when our taxonomy classifies them as materially AI-driven, regardless of which sector page they also live on.
The economic profiles inside this list are heterogeneous. A profitable semiconductor designer with multi-quarter visibility on demand is a different valuation problem than a pre-profitability applied-AI specialist scaling on revenue rather than earnings. The screener applies the same Investment Score model and the same base-valuation pipeline to both, then surfaces the supporting metrics — growth, balance-sheet quality, the three margin-of-safety variants — so the differences are visible rather than averaged away.
What this page is for
This page is a screener and reference surface, not editorial coverage. The list above refreshes with each data update; the methodology, FAQ, and related categories below stay in place so the page is useful both for somebody arriving from a specific search and for somebody scanning the theme for the first time.
If you want to value a single AI stock end-to-end rather than scan the theme, the Invest Viable Valuator walks through the same models we use to compute the base valuations on this page.
Where you'll find AI Stocks
This theme typically shows up across the sectors below. Each sector page lists every covered name with the same Investment Score model and base-valuation pipeline.
How we screen AI Stocks
A company appears on this page when our taxonomy classifies its primary business as materially shaped by artificial intelligence — through products, infrastructure, or revenue exposure to AI demand. The screen is a classification, not a financial threshold.
- Listed on a US exchange (NYSE / Nasdaq) and tagged AI in our theme taxonomy. Tagging is conservative — we include names where AI is a material business driver rather than a marketing claim.
- Primary sector classification can be Technology, Communication Services, Industrials, or Healthcare. AI cuts across all four; we surface them on the same screener page so the comparison is direct.
- Investment Score and base valuation computed by the same models used elsewhere on Invest Viable. The score evaluates profitability, balance-sheet quality, and growth — the formula itself is proprietary.
Frequently asked questions
Which companies count as AI stocks on Invest Viable?
Companies whose primary business is materially shaped by artificial intelligence — semiconductor designers building AI accelerators, cloud platforms running AI infrastructure, software companies whose products embed AI as a core feature, and applied-AI specialists in healthcare, automation, and content. The tag is conservative; we exclude names where AI is a marketing label rather than a business driver.
Why does this list cross multiple sectors?
AI sits across the technology stack and the industries that consume it. A semiconductor designer (Technology), a hyperscaler (Technology / Communication Services), an industrial automation company (Industrials), and an AI-driven drug-discovery firm (Healthcare) all qualify. The screener treats every name through the same valuation pipeline so the cross-sector comparison stays mechanical.
How are AI stocks valued differently from non-AI peers?
Most AI names are valued more on revenue-growth and margin-trajectory expectations than on near-term earnings. Our base valuations apply DCF and multiple-based methods on a per-stock basis; the Investment Score weighs profitability and balance-sheet quality, which can score down high-burn pre-profitability names regardless of AI exposure.
Is "AI" a stable category for screening purposes?
The boundary shifts as software companies absorb more AI features and as hardware specialists pivot. Our tagging is reviewed alongside data refreshes, so names can enter or leave the list as classification updates. The methodology aims for materiality rather than novelty.
Does Invest Viable recommend specific AI stocks?
No. This page is a screener and analysis surface, not a recommendation list. Each stock is shown with its underlying financial data, base valuation, and Investment Score so you can do your own research. Invest Viable does not publish buy or sell calls on individual securities.
