Top Investment Score — Analysis & Key Financial Data
Top Investment Score group companies based on shared financial characteristics — for example by market-cap bucket, dividend yield, valuation, or composite Investment Score. Many investors use these attribute filters to quickly narrow a universe of stocks down to names that fit their own mandate or risk profile before doing deeper research. On this page you can review stocks that currently qualify for the top investment score bucket using transparent, rules-based criteria. The goal is to surface a starting universe for further analysis rather than to provide buy or sell recommendations, so you can combine these tags with your own process and the Valuation Tool.

About top Investment Score stocks
The Investment Score is Invest Viable's proprietary model output that summarises each covered company's financial profile into a single 0–100 number. The score weighs profitability, balance-sheet quality, growth, and the inputs into our base-valuation models. The cut-off on this page — 80 — surfaces the highest-tier names across the covered universe, regardless of sector, size, or theme.
What the score does and doesn't do matters. It evaluates the underlying business as it stands today: how profitable, how leveraged, how durable the cash flow looks. It is not a forecast of price moves, not an opinion on whether to buy or sell, and not adjusted for sentiment. A name can score 90 and trade above its base valuation, in which case it shows up on this page with a strong Score and a negative margin of safety; the screener surfaces both numbers so the picture isn't reduced to one input.
What this page is for
This page is a screener and reference surface, not editorial coverage. The list above refreshes with each data update; the methodology, FAQ, and related categories below stay in place so the page is useful both for somebody arriving from a specific search and for somebody scanning the segment for the first time.
If you want to value a single top-score stock end-to-end rather than scan the segment, the Invest Viable Valuator walks through the same models we use to compute the base valuations on this page.
How we screen Top Investment Score
A stock is included on this page when its Investment Score is at least 80 out of 100. The cut-off identifies the highest-scoring names in our covered universe across all sectors and size bands.
investmentScore >= 80
- The Investment Score is computed by Invest Viable's proprietary model from each company's own fundamentals — profitability, balance-sheet quality, growth profile, and base-valuation inputs.
- The score evaluates the underlying business — it is not a forecast and not a recommendation. A high score reflects current financial quality, not a forward-looking call on price.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Investment Score?
A 0–100 score Invest Viable computes from each company's own fundamentals using a proprietary model. The score reflects profitability, balance-sheet quality, growth profile, and base-valuation inputs. Methodology pages on the site describe what the score evaluates; the formula itself is proprietary and is not published.
Why is the cut-off set at 80?
Eighty out of 100 is the threshold our methodology uses to mark names whose underlying financial profile sits in the top tier of the covered universe. A score below 80 doesn't mean a name is poor — it means the screen surfaces only the highest-tier names by definition.
Are all top-score names also large-cap?
No. Size is not a direct input to the Investment Score, so the list mixes large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap names with strong fundamentals. The page can be sorted by market cap to see the size distribution at any given refresh.
Does a high Investment Score mean the stock is undervalued?
Not directly. The Investment Score evaluates the underlying business; the base valuation and the three margin-of-safety variants address whether the market price sits above or below a fair value. A stock can have a high Investment Score and a negative margin of safety if the market is pricing the quality. The page shows both so the picture is complete.
Does Invest Viable recommend specific top-score stocks?
No. This page is a screener and analysis surface, not a recommendation list. Each stock is shown with its underlying financial data, base valuation, and Investment Score so you can do your own research. Invest Viable does not publish buy or sell calls on individual securities.
