About Dividend Real Estate Stocks
Dividend Real Estate stocks combine the dividend-screening discipline with exposure to the real estate sector. This screener narrows the broader Real Estate universe down to 123 names that meet our Dividend criteria: dividend yield at or above 2% with positive P/E. The average Investment Score across the 123 qualifying stocks is 51/100, ranked here by market capitalization.
How this screen works
Every stock on this list is classified as a Real Estatecompany per GICS sector taxonomy, the industry-standard classification used across the major index providers, and ingested into Invest Viable's data pipeline daily. Each company is then evaluated against our 28-check Investment Score framework. The checks sit in three categories: Valuation (price against the three base valuations and against earnings, book value, sales and EBITDA, each at a fixed threshold), Financial Strength (interest and debt coverage, leverage, liquidity, and the trend in margins and free cash flow) and Performance (revenue and earnings growth, consistency and quality, returns on equity, assets and invested capital, and free cash flow generation). Most checks are pass or fail, scoring one point or zero; a small number use a three-tier scale. The points earned are divided by a fixed denominator of 31 and scaled to 0–100.
The Dividend filter applied on this page is a categorical boundary layered on top of that scoring. Companies that do not meet dividend yield at or above 2% with positive P/E appear on other screens but not this one. The threshold is fixed and disclosed. A stock either clears the Dividend bar or it does not, and the rule above states exactly what the bar is. There is no discretion in the filter logic and no human override.
Because the same 28-check framework runs across every screener page on Invest Viable, the Investment Scores on this page are directly comparable to those on the broader Real Estate screener, on any of the four investment style screeners, or on any other intersection in our catalog. A score of 72 here means what it means anywhere on the site: the same 28 checks, the same thresholds, the same fixed denominator. The score is descriptive. It reports what a company's financials currently look like, not what they will do next, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Frequently asked questions
What are Dividend Real Estate stocks?
Dividend Real Estate stocks are real estate-sector companies that meet our Dividend screening criteria. Dividend screening looks for dividend yield at or above 2% with positive P/E, narrowing the broader Real Estate sector universe down to the 123 names on this list.
How is this different from the broader Real Estate screener?
The Real Estate sector screener covers every real estate stock in the Invest Viable universe regardless of investment style. This Dividend Real Estate screener applies an additional filter, dividend yield at or above 2% with positive P/E, leaving the 123 stocks that meet both criteria.
What is the typical Investment Score range for Dividend Real Estate stocks?
The average Investment Score across the 123 stocks on this list is 51/100. Investment Scores come from our 28-check framework, grouped into Valuation, Financial Strength and Performance. Higher scores mean more points earned across those checks, each against a fixed threshold; the score is descriptive, not a buy or sell signal.
Why are some Real Estate stocks excluded from the Dividend filter?
Dividend screening uses fixed numerical thresholds (dividend yield at or above 2% with positive P/E). Companies that do not meet those thresholds appear on other screens. A real estate company with strong dividend yield but lower revenue growth, for instance, appears on the Dividend Real Estate screener rather than this one.
Are these screens investment recommendations?
No. Invest Viable provides methodology and data; investment decisions are the user's responsibility. The screens surface stocks matching specific criteria; they do not endorse any stock for purchase or sale.
